Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via UPS, USPS, or other carriers at our discretion.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control are the responsibility of the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and contents.

If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products contain consumable items, personal care products, and curated gift box contents, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The wrong item was received.

  • The order was lost in transit and confirmed lost by the carrier.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Minor variations in product appearance, packaging, or gift box contents when substitutions of equal or greater value are necessary.

  • Personal preference after delivery.
